Q: When I register for the conference, is a hotel room automatically reserved?

A: No. Hotel rooms must be booked separately. A block of rooms has been reserved at the L-Enfant Plaza Hotel DC. To book a room Click here.


Q: Will I receive a confirmation when I register for the conference?

A: Yes. An email confirmation will be sent to the address provided.


Q: Is there a cut-off date to register for the conference?

A: No. Pre-registrations will be accepted until the close of the program. Onsite registrations will also be accepted.


Q: Is there a limit of attendees that can be registered for a Team Pass?

A: Currently Team Passes are limited to 10 registrants. Should this number not meet your company's needs, please contact our Registrar at register@alm.com or (212) 457-7904.


Q: Are substitutions permitted?

A: Yes. Substitutions will be accepted anytime by contacting our Registrar at register@alm.com or (212) 457-7904. Substitutions can also be made onsite.


Q: What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

A:Cancellations are accepted. Registration fees, less a 25% cancellation fee, will be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received in writing before October 22, 2012. If the cancellation is received after October 22, 2012, 50% of the registration fee will be forfeited and the remaining balance may be applied toward a future ALM event. Refunds will not be given for cancellations given November 5, 2012 and beyond.

If for any reason The Litigation Summit and Exposition is canceled, ALM Events is not responsible for any costs, including travel and lodging, incurred by the registrant.


Q: Does ALM offer Tuition Assistance to attend The Litigation Summit and Exposition?

A: Yes. Tuition Assistance is need based and offered to public interest lawyers, government lawyers, and recently admitted solo practitioners upon application approval. For more information or to request an application please contact our Registrar at register@alm.com or (212) 457-7904.

A: Business to business casual.
